My name is Dan Swansborough and I qualified as a chimney sweep in 2020 with the Chimney Sweep Academy.
I cover the Babergh district of Suffolk, South Suffolk etc.

However the reason I am advertising in the Thatch Directory is that I live in a Thatched property myself and know the concerns that having any of the above heating sources in your home can cause.
I pride myself in taking the time to thoroughly sweep and clean the chimney space to ensure your safety is a priority.

Initially I qualified as a Chimney Sweep to allow me to sweep my own chimneys on a regular basis to a standard that I know would ensure the safety of my family and my home. After completing a sweep and in the knowledge that I was leaving the chimney in a safe and clean condition I decided to offer my services to the local area and in particular thatch property owners.

I am always willing to discuss matters relating to Thatch Chimney sweeping, give advice and I have a great relationship with other local chimney sweeps to ensure I can always find the answers you need.
